I am fascinated by the intersection of spirit and science and love to explore that through my bodywork. I don’t see the body as separate parts. I see it as one whole, beautiful system. When we work on one area, something else shifts too. When you’re on my table, I’m not only thinking about muscles. I’m paying attention to your breath. Your nervous system. The way you hold yourself. The patterns that have formed over time. You're muscles will soften, but something else softens too. My work is about helping your body create space. Space in the tissues. Space in your chest.
