My name is Denee Francese-Smith and I am a licensed massage therapist, Somatic Breathwork facilitator and Reiki II practitioner in New York State. I graduated from Center for Natural Wellness, School of Massage Therapy in Albany NY, trained with ReWild Breathwork online and studied under Reiki Master Stacey Schaffer in New Paltz.
Rooted here in the Hudson Valley all my life, I feel honored to share my work with this community. You can find me at my private office in midtown Kingston, Zephyr Float, and The Wellness Center at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck.
In addition to massage + energy work, I offer group and 1:1 Breathwork sessions.
